Nathan B. Silberman – Pratt Institute – 1957 – Architecture – over 45 years of experience

Over 30 years of field and office experience as a liaison between City, State & Government agencies and various architects, engineers & builders. A member of Building Officials & Code Administrators International, Inc., National Academy of Code Administration, Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Panel on Building Codes & Procedures, New York Building Department Ad Hoc Committee and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Building & Seismic Codes Committee.

Garling Moy – City College – 1981 – Architecture

Worked for 4 years preparing plans and specifications for the rehabilitation and construction of various types of buildings for various architects. She has been with our firm for the last 27 years reviewing plans for submission to the Department of Building and preparing documents, filing, processing and approval of plans and applications with the Department of Buildings.

Bharat Saraiya – Gujarat University, Nadiad, India – 1988 – Civil Engineering Polytechnic University – Masters, Civil Engineering – Director of TCO/FCO Division

Joined our firm in June 1988. He is the Senior Project Manager in charge of all Certification of Occupancy on New Buildings and Major alteration projects.

Raymond Ugolotti

Mr. Ugolotti joined our firm January 1988 after his retirement from the New York City Department of Buildings, where he was supervising construction inspectors. He has more than 30 years of experience overseeing the inspection of various types of construction projects in New York City. Mr. Ugolotti is responsible for field inspection of construction sites for processing Sign-off’s, Temporary and Final Certifications of Occupancy.

Alexander J. Curcio

Mr. Curcio joined our firm in January 1989 after retiring his position as Chief Plan Examiner of the New York City Building Department. He has over 30 years of experience with the New York City Department dealing with building codes from 1938 to 1968 Codes, New York City Multiple Dwelling Law and the New York City Zoning Resolution. Mr. Curcio pre-examines plans prior to filing with the Department of Buildings. He prepares Department of Buildings document and consults on a wide range of Building Code and Zoning issues.

Zev Heisler – Touro College – 2004 – Marketing

Joined our firm in 2004. He is responsible for preparing, filing, processing and getting plans approved from the Department of Buildings, Department of Transportation & the FDNY.

Allen Konstam – Touro College – 2004 – Polyscience

Joined the firm in 2003. He is responsible for preparing, filing, processing and getting plans approved from the Department of Buildings, Department of Transportation & the FDNY.

Peter Natapov – Touro College – 1998 – Business Management

Joined CCA in 2000. He reviews plans for submission to the Department of Buildings, Prepares applications for new buildings & alterations, files, processes & received approvals from the Department of Buildings.
